Girish
Reinstall the game and delete the gta_sa.set file from the User Files folder. If you're looking for modding related solutions, go here.

radioman
can i just delet the gta_sa.set and put in new one, i just dont want to lose all the mods witch i hawe put in the game ? If you delete the .set file, a new one will automatically get created the next time you start the game. But the only way to fix modding problems when you have no back-up originals-which is common sense to back up all files you are working with when modding, is to do an uninstall/reinstall. If you are worried about losing your mods, all you have to do is back the up to another folder before un-installing, then after you re-install, make back-ups of the files you are replacing and then put the mods back in one by one to see what one caused the problem to begin with. Hope this helps.
