I was wondering what was the mission where you had to race to a Green Sabre and then take it back to the mission starter. I an doing a replay of San Andreas and I did not do this mission.

Even i don't know whether such a mission exists. The only part where a Green Sabre is involved is the last mission in LS(part 1), and here also there is no need to take that car back to the starter.

Customs Fast Track is a mission you do in San Fierro (2nd island) for the Wang Cars asset.

You have to go down to the docks and remove containers from the ship. On the third container, you get the correct car.

You have to drive it back to Doherty. This car is a Jester, not a f*cking Sabre.

 

There is another mission which you could've also been confused with. It is called Test Drive. You go with Cesar to Ottos Autos and steal two cars. You have to jump drive out the window of the shop, then go on a long drive back to the Doherty.

The cars you have in this mission, are a Sultan and an Elegy, not f*cking Sabres.

There is a green sabre in one Tanker Commander missions for Catalina, but it is not bright green. And you don't have to deliver it back.

1) Life’s a Beach, in which Carl has to steal a sound van, and “takes” it back to a garage for OG LOC, but it’s a Pony, not a Sabre

 

2) The Green Sabre, in which Carl “races” to save Sweet’s life… there’s a green Sabre in the mission, but Carl doesn’t race to it.

 

3) Body Harvest, Where Carl “races” to steal a Combine Harvester, and takes it back to The Truth’s farm, but it’s not a Sabre

 

4) Wu Zi Mu, where Carl must “race” against other drivers in a vehicle of his own choice, which could be a green Sabre.

 

5) Farewell, My Love, where Carl must again “race” against other drivers in a vehicle of his own choice, which could be a green Sabre.

 

6) 555 WE TIP, in which Carl must “race” away in a Merit, and then take it back to the “mission starter” , but it’s not a Sabre.

 

7) Mike Toreno, in which Carl must “race” to find Toreno before his cell-phone battery die, and then take him (not a green Sabre) back to Jizzy’s.

 

8) Ran Fa Li, in which Carl must get to a Manana (not a green Sabre), and “race” it back to a garage in San Fierro.

I think you can only have the zr350 with off-road tyres which you get in the cutscene in this one

I think I've seen some dark green Sabres, but they can always be modded in a mod shop, but not the same color green as in the mission The Green Sabre.

Its possibly the mission in San Fierro when you need to get a car from th hotel parking garage and take it back to the garage in Doherty. In the garage you set the drugs in the car and take car back to the hotel parking garage. But that car is not Sabre.

At least I remembered a year later, I only asked since I had a re-play though and I did not have the mission to do this time. Is was during the 1st Los Santos missions (before San Ferro) I am pretty sure it was a sabre. The mission was were to have to get to the car before someone else (more than one person) and take it back to someone, and some people try to crash into the car I think.

It kind of sounds like the topic starter is confusing another game-VCS perhaps, with SA, because there is a similar mission in VCS-given by Umberto Robina where you have to get to some place before the other people get to it. Or since teac_gta said this is about the PS2 version, it could of been one of the muti-player games in one of the citys. I have been playing this game since 2006, including many turns in the Chain Game, and I have never heard of a mission with a green sabre in it-besides the final LS mission "the Green Sabre", but in that you don't drive the green sabre at any point in time.

 

But it is possible to get a Green Sabre, since there are mod shops in the game (Transfenders), you can take a regular sabre to the mod shop and paint it any color you wanted too. Hope this helps.

Haha, you know what this sounds like? It sounds like 2Fast2Furious.

You race 5 other cars to an impound lot where you retrieve something and have to avoid being hit by others. Then return the item (cigar) to some rich guy in a mansion. The sabre in the 'mission', however, is actually a Ferrari.
