Djokovic
Hi, guys. I'm new here and I've been trying to create a server for some time. I downloaded VC-MP_0.3z_winserver.zip, extracted, set it to use the port 5192 it and executed it, then when I tried joining it on VC-MP I couldn't, it was written "Retrieving Server Info". Then I went to the setup page of my router (D-Link DI-524) and opened the port 5192, and also did it on Windows Firewall, but I keep getting this "Retrieving Server Info". I used my external IP, because I wanted a server available to everyone. If I turn off the router and connect the Internet directly to the computer, then I can create the server successfully and it works, but I can't let the router disconnected to the Internet. What should I do? Is there any part of the router setup I should change? Edited November 25, 2008 by Djokovic

If that won't work, try another port. Also, you haven't told us which ISP you use (it might be that your ISP don't like subscribers running servers)
