arsenal_fan
I got this game for a gift so for a free game it is very enjoyable, I've only played 2 hours of it and love it, I've learned from GTA IV not to rush so I'm not and it's quite enjoyable, i can't believe people have finished in 8 hours jesus. Some of the game ratings were pretty harsh as well.
Creed Bratton
I early noticed that The Godfather I video game followed the original story much more than II. For example, the game start off in Cuba. In the movie that's like in the middle. Would have been cooler if the game followed the story more. I actually like the game version of the story more. I know, it's odd. But it's probably because it's like an interactive movie And the ending is EPIC! It's been a long time since I've played a game with a great ending. Last one to blow me away with it's ending was Crysis. And it was "to be continued" ending.
WelcomeToLibertyCity
Just a random question but, has anyone killed nay of their mademen? I tried today without saving just to see what it was like. Took him to someone's backyard and gave him a head shot with my AK 47. But I thought it was going to be alot more like killing other families mademen, which kinda sucks
Omnia sunt Communia
I've killed quite a few of me soldiers, mostly to make way for more and better soldiers. It's not as exciting as you may think - but fun none-the-less.
Tyla
On my first play-through, I didn't kill anybody, I kept the same old crew throughout the game. Joe Primanti from the start, Bill Bardi, Marvin Pucci etc. But on the second playthrough i've decided to go lone-wolf until Florida, until I can get a Capo. I just walked out on the first mission, and killed Bill Bardi after he blew up La maison rouge

TEoS
You have to mark them for death in the upgrade screen. Bill Bardi is my underboss too WTLC. Something about him just seems like he fits the spot. I executed a couple of my other guys though to make room for the weapons experts and dual-skill soldiers. Underboss - Bill Bardi Capo - Roy Mancini Capo - Leon Pazzi Soldier - Alfred Ruffoli Soldier - Leo Rossi Soldier - Leon Pasquini Soldier - Henry Dandalo Edited May 4, 2009 by TEoS
beavis
I'm gonna assume you can only have two capos? This game seems really fun. Shame I haven't got it. Is it still a lot if you try buying it used or something?

Zach
Anyone else having trouble playing online, can't get past the Terms and Conditions I never had any interest in playing online, so I never tried myself, but a lot of others have complained about that over on the official forums. You might want to check there for a solution.

Oblivionz
I'm about to go to Cuba after those Magondo mother fu ckers betrayed me. I feel like not going to Cuba and just taking them all out. Cuba is pretty awesome, the missions there are pretty fun for the most part. I just hated sneaking around the royal palace, got to be a real pain
Katalix
I just got the game, beat it within 2 days (Had nothing else to do while I was sick.) There is nothing to do after you beat it, for now. Only reason being that EA's servers for PS3 are down, not sure about others for online multiplayer. The DLC is pretty cool though. The achievements/trophies are pretty easy, you get most of them by playing through the game "Kill blahbahblah" Got the Platinum trophy (I'm on PS3) First time through. ScratchCard
I played it out yesterday and got the Platinum trophy today. Awesome game, although there isn't much to do after finishing the storyline, expect for doing random jobs for people in the street and driving around. Anyone else found something fun to do after finishing the game? Oh, and how can you let a arsonist burn down a building from the Don's View? My family: Underboss - Bill Bardi - Demolition/Technician/Medic Capo - Some guy called Roy, don't know his last name - Arsonist/Safecracker Capo - Some guy called Leo I think, not sure - Medic/Bruiser Soldier - Guy I recruited on Cuba - Demolition Soldier - Guy I recruited on Cuba - Technician Soldier - Guy I can't remember - Medic Soldier - Guy I can't remember - Medic I'm not that good with names My underboss and capo's hang around with me, my Soldier's do what I want through the Don's View. They work together. Edited May 9, 2009 by ScratchCard

Besides, for some reason, until you go to Cuba they speed attack you, or atleast they did in my game. Lost all my businesses in 3 minutes.. arsenal_fan
I just finished this game and there is literally nothing u can do, so im playing fifa 09 now. Good game considering i got it for free and i'll probably play it again in 2 months just before Mafia 2 comes out
ScratchCard
I still enjoy playing it. Florida and Cuba are awesome, and so is the music (although I don't love the stations like in GTA, probarly because you can't really see what your listening too. I just search a nice song, in GTA I always listen to the same station). Doing favors for people is fun, especially for the Corrupt Officials. Maria has some intresting missions, you have to kill her husband and her mother. I got Platinum btw. If you care about trophies get it, getting 100% on GF II is easier then getting 25% on IV. Nitty Don
Finally got this game yesterday I am really impressed with the single player (from what I've seen so far ... still in NYC !!! ) But the multiplayer seemed a bit went straight in to a TDM got owned horribly, but I wasn't feeling it how I do with a GTA TDM although that will probably come with practise. Anyway anyone here who has the 360 version and wants to take a noob under his wing to train up in multiplayer please feel free to add me GT = Nitty Don
