Howmuch would you pay...

Well, I've got a pretty nice GeForce 7950 GT that I'm thinkin' about selling, but I'm not sure at what price I should sell it. There seems to be a lot of 8 an 9 series available that are better for well under the suggested retail of $200-300 ( insane ), but I'm not sure if asking $100 would be a steal for someone or too much to ask.

So, how much would you pay for it?

Look on eBay for it and see how much people are asking for the Buy it Now prices.

You might get a rough estimation of how much it is worth. turn.gif

I already looked on eBay, and prcewatch, and craigslist...

That's why I'm asking here.

Btw, there's like, one on eBay, it's AGP, and it's $150. I'm not even going to try to sell it for that much until I hear that it's actually a reasonable price, because it really doesn't seem like it. I mean, maybe there's something about this card I don't know, but I doubt it.

For such an old card, I would say 100$ is fine if it as 512mb on it otherwise, no more than 75$ for it. Cards have 512mb today so you don't wanna invest in a 256mb or lower.

If you could provide a bit more information about your card, if possible, would give you the right price to sell your card.

Just looking at the fact that it's a 7950, I would say around $40. I'm only getting this from the age of the 7 series, if you could provide how much memory and/or even the clock speeds, I would probably be able to give you a more accurate price in which I would want to pay.

Well, with a memory of 256MB and the wants of people going for high-end cards taken into account, you may charge anywhere below 100$, mate. If one of your friends are ready to take it just make sure that you earn reasonable profit i.e by selling at somewhere around 100-110$.

Yeah, I would pay anywhere between $40 and $50 for that card.
