100% Glitch?

Hello all,

 

PLEASE help!

 

So I am nearly at 100% (approx 93%) and I have 2 HUGE problems!

 

1. Mel's mission - he is NEVER where he should be at ANY time of day!

 

2. Bruce's races - from my stats it shows I have completed 6 and 9 are required for 100% completion. I have completed the storyline and have Bruce's respect AND like at over 90%, I have also been to EACH island on many occasions to see if the race option is available from the phone and it is not.

 

Someone please help as I have put a lot of hours into this and feel it may all have been a waste if a glitch is stopping me from getting 100%

 

Other than these 2 problems all I need to do is the flying rats, but I am not sure I want to attempt them knowing that I can not get 100%

 

I really wanted a Platinum trophy mad.gif

 

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated
