About random characters... you have to meet all of them, and complete their quests... or I should call those missions? Are you sure you've been hangin' out with your friends, doing all of the available activities which can be accessed via the phone? If I remember right, that's needed too for reaching 100%. BTW, the random characters related achievement can be achieved if you meet only some of those chars... Don't ask me how many you need, but I'm pretty sure I havn't met all of them, and still have that achievement. MC. Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 You know what's an awesome reward you get?! Your ammo limit is removed! So now if you get 9999 ammo, save and reload the game, your ammo will be set back to it's original limit! For example: 9999-9 gets set back to 1491-9 Plus you get the satisfaction of completing the game! High five! That's about it. Congratulations though. If I get 100% by just playing as I feel like playing, and not actually trying to get 100, I'll welcome it, like in Vice City(the only 100% i've gotten). The other rewards from the past GTA is a lot more better. I disagree with 7ft here because the only reward for 100% that disappointed me was GTA: 4. GTA: 3 didn't even have a 100% reward but by the time you get 100% in that game, your safehouses are filled with weapons, health, adrenaline pills and 6 police bribes floating around outside. But I still find GTA: 4 fun though. For some reason, it's really difficult for me to play other games. It's as if GTA spoiled my gaming preferences. Not in a bad way though, lol. The physics, or more like lack-of physics makes it just impossible. Euphoria ftw. I can't stand the run-over animations from the previous games anymore, eaven though i still love them for what they were at their own times.
