Unique Jumps

Can you do any of the Unique Jumps in a Rhino?

 

I was just stooging around on Shoreside Vale in the Rhino, wondering what I could do with it, as you do. I happened to be in the airport area and saw the track leading to the UJ over the broken bridge, so I thought I'd give it a try.

 

I lined it up and took the longest possible run-up, backing up all the way out to the other side of the main road. I rotated the turret and hit the gas, firing backwards as I went for that extra speed.

 

I hit the bridge perfectly and it went into a slow motion, distant shot for the jump. I landed well, on the road - but it didn't award it as a Unique Jump

 

As I was now on the road by the underpass I thought I'd try another one. So I headed up the hill at top speed, firing backwards as I went. This one didn't hit it quite right (pesky oncoming traffic), but it was good enough to get me over the water and onto the loop at the end of the lower dam road. But still no award for a Unique Jump

 

Has anyone ever done a UJ in a Rhino in GTA III?

I've tried. It's easy when you use the "reversed tool trick", the gun gives more speed.

i just tried the uj in west portland right next to the train tracks for you and it worked, havent tried the ones in ssv, maybe your angle was off?

Just tried it. It only enters a slow-mo mode and no Unique Trick after landing
