That can't be Liberty City The rain and gloom is part of the atmosphere of GTA III I'm British, I'm not used to bright sunshine all the time It doesn't affect the gameplay except for in a few cases like when you're trying to do the Patriot Playground or especially the Gripped off-road missions because you can't get as much traction when it's raining Steve Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
