I jump off the jetty and it goes to hte part where i need to "repeatedley tap A to clim aboard" ive tried for 3 days now to get on the copter and everytime im frantically tapping A but niko doesnt do anything... then of course he falls off in the end as i run out of time. Am i doing something wrong? im tapping A and pushing the L stick upwards and i ve tried jsut tapping A and not touching anything else but sitll the guy doesnt move. any help would be awsome! cheers! saintdave Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 This seems a common occurrence for many gamers as we have had the same topic many times previously. Sadly there is no definitive solution to the problem but some has spoke of success when merely tapping the required button at a steady pace and not so quick. I tapped rather slowly as I read this thread, but it did not help, Niko would not climb in. It looked like every time I pressed X, the picture flicked/jerked a bit, so I'm fearing this might be a bug. I will try again tomorrow, and I hope it will work. Have there been reports in earlier threads that people succeeded in the end, or is this it for me, will I not be able to finish the game and see the credits by choosing this ending option? [EDIT] I managed to do it today, frantically mashing X for about 7 to 10 seconds helped and Niko climbed to the heli. Me happy.
