Replay editor and music

I've read that some songs didn't make it due to licenses blahblah because of the ability to upload your clips with the replay editor.

 

Now what I'm wondering first of all if that's game wide, or the tracks just wouldn't be selectable in the replay editor. The way i read it (the preview) they were talking about the replay editor when that specific statement was being said by whoever was demonstrating the game, so it might apply to just the replay editor. Though I don't understand how it would work if you review your clips with the original sound, and you get in a car where a "left out" song started playing, how would that happen.

 

Plus, what about Independance FM, I am sure that ingame you can listen to your own MP3's but since they don't have the licenses to put any song the player is listening to on youtube I suppose Independance FM would also be unavailable in the editor somehow.

Which leads me to believe that the same will go for those 'official' songs that didn't make the cut would still be available while you play but not in the editor (which I dearly hope).

Now I don't think that they will let you upload videos with your own mp3's into Rockstar Social Club either. (no YouTube function as far as I know, btw.)

 

Let's hope you can still export them as WMV (a pretty much confirmed function) anyway.
