epoxi
On Windows XP: I was looking for big files and folders to delete on my computer, and found that 2.0GB+ is tied up in "Temp" (under my user's Documents and Settings), what can I do to get rid of them? Can I just select everything and delete it, or will that adversely affect my computer? A lot of the stuff doesn't seem to have any use whatsoever, but I have a fear if I overzealously delete everything, my computer will start complaining. Cheers in advance. Edmachine
Temp is for temporary files. Those files, in most cases, are not necessary. You can delete them. You also probably have a lot of useless stuff in your Windows/TEMP folder as well. Might want to clear it too.
