As always Rockstars wonderful flash website is broke, clicking on Adamcs link should take you to the pc section but it doesn't. The best way to get there is to click on the updates button at the bottom of the page and click on the "PC Launch Section" text.

I got to confess those sample videos with the editor look pretty damn cool and I get the feeling the GTA video guys are going to have a sh*tload of fun. I imagine the sample videos are from the PC version since the console version does not have the video editor (oh that sounds good to say).

Yeah, sorry I just realised after I read the bottom of it then I edited my post. Lol.

 

I thought it was fan vids from the console version but its actual gameplay which is awesome.

 

You can see the draw distance is definatly better in the Liberty vid.

I am just glad they finally have the specs on the site maybe it will stop people screaming "FAKE" now. That liberty City sample 3 click is pretty nice man I cannot wait to get GTA 4 on the PC. I know I shouldn't be hyped for it because I have already done it on the console but from what I have seen so far this is a totally different beast to the console version. Every PC gamer should own this game with pride we FINALLY got the true version of GTA 4.

you could try and reinstall the shockwave flash player, that's what the site uses to show off it's wonderfulness (yeah I know it sucks but Rockstar seem to have a thing about flash shockwave).

That video is pretty cool the peeper one, that isn't meant to be Niko it is just Rockstar doing a short video to show you how flexible the editor and game is. I think we can expect great things from this video editor, hell even I am chomping at the bit to try it now and this kind of thing never floats my boat.

Try a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) or try clearing your browser's cache.

I did the hard refresh and a sign popped up showing that I need Flash Player 8 (I have 9) and it took me to the download for 10. So I tried that, and it still doesn't work. Is there an exact link to the page for Flash Player 8? 'cause I can't find it.

video editor its thing that I am looking forward to. For me it is tool that should be present in every action or driving game.

Of course many ppl will never use it but its nice add-on for guys that like to see some actions in every angle.

 

I can't wait to mount best actions from plot missions

I wonder if I can put custom tracks from IndependentFM when merging clips? That would be awesome.

 

But still its just an add-on. Gameplay, story, multiplayer, AI, controls, preety graphics are the most important things to me.

That editor looks great! I was laughing at the "Peeper" video. Still I wonder, does that mean we can choose specialized pedestrians as our model or something?
