GTA Garage - Uploading Trouble

Anyone having problems uploading onto GTAgarage.com? I'm not able to upload my skins for some reason, as the system says they're too big. But the trouble is, the limit is 1mb.. and the files I'm trying to upload are 80kb zipped (and tried .rar) files.

 

Its really odd. Can anyone help/explain what's going on?

I am having the same issue. I am trying to upload the Vice City cutscene m4 for San Andreas to gta garage, the whole zip file is around 40-80 kb and it says that it is above the size limit, yeah right.
