Spuds725
any mods?? Did it work before?? Please read the pinned thread that list everything you should include in a help post-- you included most of it but are mission some vital info... Saves people from asking some basic questions (like above) I'm betting it is a mod though-- since this will typically affect certain areas of the map when it tries to draw something that is messed up. heywood jablome
Oops sorry about that. Nope no mods, i have reinstalled it more times than i can remember, its always done this ever since i got it, everything runs great except it crashes to a blank blue screen without warning when i get near the malibu club. (no error messages or anything of that sort) I have read the bug list, nothing in there like this. It seems like certain areas cause it to crash. If I missed something srry again, if theres anything else that would help please let me know. (o, btw chipset drivers are up to date and so are the video card drivers)
Spuds725
I meant the READ THIS BEFORE POSTING A HELP THREAD You missed-- • History: Is this your first install? Did it work once before? Anything that is relevant. •Did the game work normally at any time before, did you change anything Are all your drivers up to date?? Have you tried disabling background programs that might be resource hogs. One obvious thing is to delete your .set file in your user files directory as this stores your settings-- let the game reset this for you by deleting your existing one. Try lowering the video resolution-- turn frame limiter on, turn draw distance down, etc...
