I posted what Dan Houser states by and large, in a new interview for Nintendo Power magazine stateside.

Just wanted to FYI it for you GTA fans who are maybe, on the fence about it still... The interview touches on GTA IV a few times because the Rockstar team leave a lot of guessing to the press and public, well.... nows your chance to bone up on what one of the Housers is letting out of the bag....don't miss it!
