Glitching

I've install some mods. Some vehicles, some guns, and some to improve the quality. now when I am around say the San Fierro garage, the one near the constructions ite, the garage doors turn into very blurish looking walls when i walk away. Sometimes its a few steps sometimes it a little farther. I need help. I also need a mod or the original files for the hotring racer. It's glitchy at the doors according to GGMM and I think it maybe is causing the problem.
