gusman24 Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 One of the empire sites will not allow me to use the notice board which would let me to develop the site, when I enter the premises there is no marker infront of the board and when I walk up to it it just says "currently, you cannot develop this site". Does anyone know what might be causing this? The site is one of the first three sites you inherit from Marty, the brothel to be precise; and no matter how many times I come back to it, it will simply not let me develop it as I cannot use the notice board, I am only on the mainland and have not reached the beach island yet, but I have done the necessary 15 levels in prostitution, loan shark and protection racket. Also I have never used cheats in this game. Is there anything I can do in order to access the noticeboard? Can anyone help me? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

GTA Phreak Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 It is probably because the site will be used in an upcoming mission (which requires it to be as is) The prostitution site you get initially cannot be changed because it's used in the mission "Hose the Hoes" Once you complete that mission you can change it to whatever you like.
