Help needed for rims and car spawning

Hey Guys,

 

I need a helping hand again.. tounge2.gif

 

Can I make some of the cars in SA to spawn with different rims ? And If I can change the cars spawning rate in the game, so they will appear faster in the road from a longer distance..
