I saw a video on youtube, of guys playing cops and robbers on the 360 version of GTA4.

The cops in the video, which were players, were all wearing cop uniforms.

WTF?

Does this game let you wear one on the PS3 version? If it does, what rank do you have to reach to get it?

In the Cops and Crooks game type one team are cops and have cop player skins

Can't bbe worn in any other multiplayer game without modding.

Cops and Crooks is a multiplayer match, each team takes turns being the cops and then the crooks. The cops have to take out the crooks.
