VCRules86
f*cking great man, please keep this up I've read one chapter and I'm in love with it. The dialogue and description is ace man, terrific
mark-2007
That was pretty f*cking awesome, I agree. I loved the shooting scene, the set-up. It sorta reminded me of the Godfather where they pull over for Clemenza to have a piss and Rocco Lampone, I think it is, shoots that guy who is in the front, Paulie something. "Leave the gun, take the cannolis." That came to mind instantly, and I thought it was great. The only part I wasn't too keen on was the huge chunk of dialogue at the end. Canofceleri
Thanks guys. And I know what you mean about the cannoli thing, I thought that as well. I'd been wanting to do another Mafia piece for a few days, had some pretty cool ideas for an extended series and whatnot... but I guess I just thought it'd be better to maybe expand Mafia Jargon into like an anthology of different standalones that are sort of like... surreal Mafia experimental nuggets? The first one was definitely less subtle with the idea, but I guess as you pointed out mark, it did get a little "whatever" at the end-- but I guess that is what I was going for. VCRules86
Yeah it did remind me of the cannoli scene. and purely for me to show off my Godfather expertise Paulie's last name was Gatto. This makes me want to work on my own mafia story that I haven't touched in months, imagine The Godfather, Goodfellas, and Donnie Brasco crammed into one with some GTA IV inspiration thrown in.
