uhh yeah i think we already established that rank has nothing to do with skill. Me I am just after the wanted trophy I dont give a f*ck about rank or anything really. But on a side note I got skill in every single variation of the game, i can go toe to toe with anybody in any game mode so I dont really care....

 

rank has more to do with dedication....only an extremely dedicated person will ever reach level 10, most people will give up long before then.

While you can make more money in DB, you have to take into account the time it takes to start and finish. If you fake 9's and 10's want to level up quickly, NOOSE is definitely the way. You can probably play it several times in the same amount it takes to play DB once.

Just thought I would dig up this thread and let everyone know that I have finally reached level 10, after an assload of noosing it has finally come to forwishen.

 

Now I am one trophy away from platinum and I will get it this week hopefully.

 

Godamn it was a long way coming and I almost gave up about 50 times lol but I got that f*cker finally.~~~!

 

And for those who said it was a lame way of leveling, please let me know when you finally reach level 10

It IS a lame way to level up. If being a level 10 means that you are someone special, or that you are superior to anyone else not ranked a 10 then you might want to snap out of your self induced wet dream of appearing to matter when you don't.

 

So you're a level 10....maybe you learned to be a better shot, but if all you've played is noose then you're going to get the sh*t kicked out of you in something like a race, or a turf war, or some other type of game where it isn't really all about trying to survive a hail of bullets from 50 cops that can't hit the broad side of a barn then you are screwed. Face it, the NOOSE cops, even on hard are not a big match. Go into a DM against some skilled players, and you can pretty much taked the zero from your 10.

 

So many people have the misconception that rank means something. All it means is you made enough money to increase in rank, it don't mean sh*t for skill. Have fun getting owned.
