OysterBarron Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 (edited) yup, that video is exactly mine. i dont know what every one else is talking about? i play on 360 and mine doesnt even get past the 2 police men, a topic like this one pops up every couple of months about someone "seeing new Pictures" but it turns out to be bogus or they just didnt pay attention in the first place, Or as other people have said the game takes longer to load for some reason, but im pretty sure in other topics they said that the pictures that are shown in the video are looped, so if you have seen any other pictures than the ones shown in the video we want picture proof of them............... ok tell a lie just tried mine and it doesnt even get past the one with lola leaning into the car. Chukkles Posted November 15, 2008 Author Share Posted November 15, 2008 Mine never usually gets past the Domino scene, but immediatly after it restarted after I got the update I saw the extra pics, It hasn't happened since though. Did you say that it included new artwork or something? Is that it? Well it didn't fix the Bomb Da Base II helicopter glitch that's for sure. GtaMaster1993 Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 Ok well i have the nxe update, and i was trying to install gta iv, but because my gta is so scratched its not installing, i was wondering if i could rent a copy of gta, install that and use my original disc as it is still reading my original copy. as some of you know, it doesnt actually run the game, it just uses it for verification. so my question is if i rent a copy of gta iv, then install it, will i be able to use my original gta after the rented copy is installed to the hard drive? i have enough memory btw. Why don't you instead ask if the rental shop has a disc polishing machine they use to fix their scratched discs? They just might let you use it for $3 or something. Back on the loading times, I found this video which seems to confirm the difference between consoles, but it also shows the 360 showing the 4th picture for an instant so I guess all the pictures are in both versions but the 360 just doesn't take that long to load the game. I would also assume that age of the machine has something to do with loading times, especially considering the multiple hardware revisions that have occurred throughout the lifespan of the Xbox 360.
