GotNoMulah Posted November 13, 2008 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Hey, I'm trying to find someone that will be able to use CheatDevice to make a Vice City Stories PAL save which has the FBI Rancher in the garage and has mines in the inventory, I would also like to request that it please be done with this save. But if you want, you can search through this thread for any possible answers. I'm pretty sure there are UK saves of games with a FBI Rancher and landmines saved but for the life of me I can't find them so try using ths search function at the bottom of the page. If you're just doing it to prove a friend wrong, I don't think installing the Cheat Device would be the most convenient option, considering you have 5.00 firmware which would be a BIG hassle to downgrade and all. Thanks for replying, to bad for me but ahwell. On the plus side though I found a tutorial on how to downgrade a 5.01 PSP so now I am running 3.71 M33-4 I am just having some trouble getting cheatdevice running, will figure out eventually.
