GTA 4 Heaven glitch?

GTA4 just gave me a big question, that I don't know an answer to. Let me tell you the whole story.

 

WARNING!!!BIG SPOILERS!!!REALLY REALLY BIG SPOILERS!!!

 

I was trying to beat a under 30 hours trophy. I came to the last mission, where I had to kill Pegorino.(I choosed revenge) Ofcourse Kate is dead. Then after I killed Pegorino on that Statue of Liberty island, I skipped credits. Niko appears on statue of liberty island. But then, an "unknown caller" calls me. Then the dialog goes like this:

 

"Hey Niko. Wanna go out?"

*Wanna go out with Kate?* X

"Sure, I'll pick you in an hour."

 

I was so shocked.

I was swimming to the other island as fast as I could, took a taxi and got to her. It was all normal, when I saw her. Nothing special. We went drinking, got drunk, drive her home, tried my luck, no luck, she went home and this is it.

Funny thing is that I don't have Kate's phone number.

 

This is not a joke or spam. This really happened to me 5min ago. Did anyone else got this "glitch"?

 

Sounds impossible or made up, but believe me, it's real.

As oldage said it has happened to many gamers before. Infact if you choose deal where Roman dies at the wedding you will eventually get a call from him despite events in the storyline. Either way it was overlooked by Rockstar and none of the subsequent patches have yet to fix it, whether DLC will change it remains to be seen.
