saintdave Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 You need to call him during his “awake” hours which is between 11am and 3am. It’s worth noting that you must reply positively to an email he (Dwayne) will send you in order to arrange social activities. To get car bombs you must get your “like” factor with Packie to 75%. Upon doing so you can call him to get a bomb ready, pick it up, plant it on a vehicle and use your phone to detonate it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Chukkles Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 If you have the Backup option in your phone list he should send them anytime. But you have to take him out alot first.
