In every gta game the main character is always the fastest,strongest,and best aimer. Pedestrians and characters should be better fighters both hand to hand and with weapon. Some should be slightly better than the player.Who's with with me! P.S I think gore in gta is at a perfect level.

There's a reason for that. Someone who ISN'T the best would fail in such a quest.

I like the sound of that, actually. The game would be more fun if you weren't the strongest, faster, or sharpest shooter out there right from day one. There would be people you wouldn't dare mess with at the beginning of the game, but after a while, you can walk up to them and take them on; either by training your character to become a better fighter or acquiring better weapons.

Actually, it's much more complicated. The skill of the player is higher. However, the only difference between the main character and the NPCs is the fact that they can't switch weapons and usually have lower health. That's all.

 

You're not the strongest from the beginning. In IV, if you mess with the cops right when you get off the boat, you're gonna get shot, end of story. You have no weapons, no skill, nothing.
