Yeah, but getting it after killing Big Poppa avoids another mission attempt (for those who like to keep it clean) and a new Phoenix if you have already taken one during the race. As for a video. I can't film it and it's already done. But just try to block his path all the time until you find a good moment and then take out your M4 then get a good shot at his head. I must say Buccaneer is a rare car, only seen it around 3 times in entire near 5 years time and I play GTA SA A LOT. Euros is quite rare, I've seen it driving around sometimes though. FBI Truck was removed from the game but still remained only can received by spawning or modding. Generally, I think Buccaneer is the rarest car. I need it for the export list For me it luckily spawned in Doherty outside the garage just when I loaded my save. But the Feltzer spawns in the countryside. EDIT: I never even knew the bus existed until now. The Euros has a parked location at Camel's Toe, I'm sure it has been said lots of times on this topic.
