Yes. I've taken over all of Willowfield, and there are still pedestrians driving around in Majestics. Same with Tahomas. As for Tornados, I've never seen anyone but the Vagos drive them.

Yes. I've taken over all of Willowfield, and there are still pedestrians driving around in Majestics. Same with Tahomas. As for Tornados, I've never seen anyone but the Vagos drive them.

Gang territories have a special spawning system so that the cars driven by the gang members are also driven by the pedestrians around that turf. If you go a Vago turf, you'll see some pedestrians driving Tornados, but you won't see that anymore once you've taken that turf, and instead they'll drive Greenwoods and other GSF cars.

The Tornado seems to appear less often than the other two Vago cars, though. Maybe that's why you have never seen it driven by pedestrians.

If you have actually seen the Majestic out of a Balla turf, then RanxeroX's theory is not completely right and there are some other factors related to car spawning.

The NRG is hardly rare. It has four regular spawn points and is available right from the start of the game.

Phoenix all the way. You can only get it via a street race in San Fierro.

The Phoenix is easy to find, it spawns behind your garage in Doherty across from the tow truck spawn next to the garage. But yes, I would say the Euros is one of the hard to find vehicles, as Girishb said.

It's actually called the Hotknife.

Lets see the Hotknife, Phoenix, Euros, Sandking, Alpha, and Super GT that I can think of

All Bronze = Super GT

All Silver = Bullet

All Gold = Hotknife

 

None of these are necessarily rare because of the ease to get them.

I don't know if Tampa has been mentioned but although you can find it parked in some places you don't see 'em wandering around the streets often.

Pizzaboy and Faggio are pretty rare to see in traffic. I only ever see the Faggio around the Santa Maria area.

 

I also dont see Trashmasters very often.

The Bucaneer usually spawns at Easter Basin.

I've found the Mesa driving around the LS beach area.

Look for the Turismo around the LV Strip.

It is definitely not Mesa, they're easy to ind.

Phoenix, maybe, but there are two places in the game where it can be obtained easily enough.

 

I think everyone here will agree that the two most rare cars in SA are the Taxi and Cabbie.

Hehe! I was in Paradiso today because it's one of the few places I know there is a BMX in SF (I friggin' love biking) and suddenly I come across a Buccaneer goin' by on the street. Jacked it and modded it. Now standing pretty in my Doherty garage.

By that logic, the most rare car is the fbi truck, because it never spawns. The swat tank has a 100% spawn rate
