The snow mod is either under the name of "schnee mod" (German for Snow Mod). Or you could download the Max Payne mod, which I personally prefer to the other snow mod. As for the clothing; the model with the Santa Hat is by another German modder and can be found under the name of Christmas Player. Shouldn't be hard to find.
