No cheat codes, modifications, memory editing, etc. This can be replicated during normal gameplay. Shame most of the older pictures in this thread are gone. Certain places with invisible floor have collisions. Like this We get to see a glitched crane with only the concrete slab and mast visible in its full glory. It's possible to jump down here, seems like a nice place to perform rampages. Or to check, whether the Mafia will be able to kill our character from here, assuming one has messed up with them enough...
