I've always wanted to regardless, but McCain would be the icing on the cake. The main reason being Sarah Palin. It just scares the hell out of me that she could be the vice-president and (potentially) THE president. Well, it is if you want to move to another country just because McCain gets elected. Agreed... I hate to say it but your "I'm going to give up because I didn't get my way" attitude is going to get you exactly what you deserve. I say good riddance to anyone who's willing to turn tail and run because things aren't going their way. These are the type of people who deserve communism. The type of person who isn't willing to stand up and work for what he wants. The type of person who isn't willing to rally like-thinking people and stand up to the powers that be. There's nothing more American than fighting a losing battle... just ask George Washington and all the revolutionaries that stood with him against the most powerful military in the world at the time. I, personally, don't want Obama to be elected but the sacrifice of so many is way too important to me to throw away and abandon ship. McCain is leading in electoral votes, which means those 40,000 extra people that voted Obama wasted their time voting. That is so wrong in so many ways. As I said, thats democracy for you. I also remember DISTINCTLY that Sam Houser was over joyed to become a US Citizen so that he "could vote for ANYONE but Hillary Clinton!" Too bad she sides with Obama at the end of the day, oh well.
