Yes, Normally. With the New Particle/Effects. In the 0.05, You'll have the Mansion, Airport, Sunshine Autos, Little Haiti, and if I've the Time, the Docks

I designed it for Gostown, but It looks more vice-ish. What do you think?

i think you should place it where the unfinished building is (the one where the RC heicopter mission was). ause this mod is a couple of years later than the official vice city game so normally the building would be finished:D!

It's been a while since i don't play SA, but is that in Gostown's custom GFX or just photoshop? Man, so cool! Looks like VCS!

Delete the .dll, you won't have black shadow but then you can change to low.

 

The only photoshop is the filter, vinny. go and try yourself

well, i think its possible but then you will need a monster-comp to run it all:P. the high-res textures, new shadows hi poly areas and all that bushes and things and if u will.... online:D! so i think it wont work:P.

GTA3 has a basic blur system. But what Gostown Would need is HDR, like recent games have. Maybe GTA4 will give us the possibility.

 

In SA it's still possible, via a dx9 hack i think, like we did for VC... But it's only a blur, not a bloom.

HDR? If that would be possible, the game would be extra-awesome. Can you make some Bloom in SA btw?

 

But HDR requires powerful PC, so not everyone would get to enjoy it.

hey paroxum, i have an idea:D! why not make some different graphic .dll's so while installation users can choose there pc power and a simple, normal or extreme graphic dll will be inserted in the sa folder so everyone can enjoy this great mod. it will also be handy to swich dll's for playing online (requiers more power). what do u think?

 

ps. i dont think it would be a problem if some online users are using a different dll.

Yes. Sorry I didn't posted pics about it but I'm modeling a transfender that will be placed near sunshine autos , in that grass place. Hope it will be in the next version. Maybe I'll add one for gostown and a pay'n'spray

(1)The maps are looking truly class at the moment.
