You can't, there aren't shops, and I guess there won't.

 

The plan was to replace CJ with Eva (Go look first page) but as noone seems to convert it and finish, it will keep as CJ. Clothes shop were planed for Eva

Eva is just a model thats all with a bit better approach of a male character.

We reconsidered that Eva may remodeled to a more action and hot chick with heroic body and with a better face.

no idea if this comes to life so dont bother to ask.
