[WIP|SA] Gostown6

I swear I was able to run Gostown on the same recommended system requirements as normal GTA San Andreas.

I have to ask, why does the recommendations mention "Dual Core", even though as most of us know, GTA San Andreas does not support multiple cores?

My SA plays very good on my dual core.

It isnt pointless. Should we mention Single core ? No because no one uses that anymore and simple Pentium4 cores are obsolete to run Gostown smoothly with SA. It's like in most current games just a commercial information for people to compare the power needed.

 

Now quit bs about those recomendations, I'm sure everyone here want to talk about modding.

Thanks guys. It should be done in the next few days. I just need to finish texturing the curved restaurant on the backside, and the windows up the middle of the building on the sides. There's a few other minor tweaks and it'll be ready.

Give more info... Where does it crash (loading bar, ingame... what part of the map... you're doing anything in special?) etc

On loading bar.

I installed it on clean SA and anything goes fine except when I start AS.

Try deleting gta_int.img. Remember to back it up first just in case.

GTA_XP try right clicking on gta_sa.exe and run as an administrator.

Added a Coastguard script so that when you are naughty on the islands outskirts or at sea the Coastguard bronco Will follow you, depending on your wanted level it will attack and will be joined by a second Bronco.

I am now going to beef up the amount of Hydras attacking you at level 6 when in a plane, trying to make the dogfights a little more interesting.
