I downloaded the mod and the textures are just amazing.

 

However I could be a bit less dark around there, didn't even know when I was driving around, especially since you keep driving through bushes

Try the ENB Series mod, to brighten things up.

 

Or just adjust the brightness settings iin the options menu, believe me, it makes a massive difference.

That bridge alone looks like it could cripple a PS3, and probably disintegrate my laptop! I do believe this calls for mandatory hardware and software updates to my ol' 2004 Gateway PC. Sadly, it's too expensive to replace parts on my laptop that has 3 GB RAM.

Is gostown runs at 4-10 fps... You must have a old graphic card. Try decreasing resolution... Not much to do than getting a new graphic card.
