I made a 2 minute hud design out of boredom, and though it looked modern and cool

 

 

In the circle - weapon

 

the bar inside the circle - ammo

Can someone tellme where is the little plane you can fly located?

The planes , 3 of them (broncos) are at ports.

the airport isnt going to be in either location, if you read and follow the highway signs its going to be in that big gigantic white spot/field on the map, ill upload a pic shortly

 

ive only had 1 problem with the whole game, and that is that when i drive up to this 1 intersection it completely freezes, this intersection is right below the elevated railway and on the edge of town as leaving it, again ill post a location pic shortly

The airport is/was the white patch ,which is cut in two by a road, at the south west of the map.

i dont see how that is possible when no plane can possibly take off on a runway that short, and the fact that the location ive noticed has a sign aimed towards it...(but ill take another look at this other spot cuz everyone keeps saying there)

 

heres the intersection that crashes, it worked about 5 times then the game froze

 

and 1 of the times i had this problem, i was flooring it and the car acutally started to roll backwards lol

 

i also found that CJ an't get in the boat in the water either lol, its just a hair to tall for him

ps: why doesnt the track show up on the map?

Yes You are Right about the crashes.This Happens because of a dff corruption of Jostvice's lot.Don't bother,it cant fixed atm so don't pass to this area .

About the Signs:The signs are correctly placed.the Airport is here but is not finished.The planes btw you can find it to the other white patch on the map as you wisely found where the ports suppose to be.

At the, end many roads have extreme acclivity and the the realistic car handling says that is impossible a car can drive on that aptitude

 

Besides...Gp7 is coming...

Just code in your own... its how I got a hydra and a maverick, and a tropic, and a jetpack...

thanks so much Angel, thats just the info i needed, now in Gp7 will the boat sit a little lower in the water and the racetrack show up on the map?

 

another question i have is ive found the bomb shop(lack of money lol) and car modification shop but cant do anything, whats up with that?

I don't get it the one with the Boat sry.

Yes the race track will be on the map and you ll be able to find it easier

The bomb shop is not working probably lack of the SCM coding.Will be fixed in later versions of gp7,in the future..

I love the Ghost town map and all, but what surprises me is that there are no islands. Not ones that are half the map and have bridges, but big foresty islands. I'd work on something like that, but I can model.

I could probably knock one out in five minutes now I have got it and seen how it works, I just wouldn't though as I think the weapon icons are absolute pish.

They are seriously pixelated (from what I've seen from the game). Maybe you could ask GRIM to do a whole new set (better and UN-pixeled) ones in the style of GTAIV (meaning; you see the icons from the side, instead of the classical hud icon design).

 

Would be cool to have a GTAIV styled hud. I like the way they present the radar/health/armor now.

Hi Everybody, long time i haven't post here...

So, i seen all the work done on the "new" map, and it's looking realy good Parox and Vaderios, more realistic island type, maybe with some small island next the big, will be better, but it's just a suggestion because i know the work that's is asking...

 

Well, right now i'm working on a "old base" like in Counter Strike, i don't remenber the name of the map, but i want to do something looking like.

For now it's just a personnal project, just to continue modding when i'm not playing GTA IV, but maybe if the model look good and if everyone want it in Gostown, i will give it to Parox...

That looks fantastic! The waterfall just next to the road and those great formed rocks with flora on it are gorgious. I hope this will be the standard for gostown because it makes GTA IV look like a crappy PS1 game.
