Updating the first post now . Next is phil collins , the zombie and either trailer park maria or the 2nd phil CS model , havent finalized which yet . Requests are ignored . I want to do all the vics eventually at my pace and in the order I choose . I really don't want to do regular meshes , just the CS ones . First of all he doesn't make 'skins'... he rigs (cutscene) models from Vice City Stories into San Andreas. Secondly, he didn't take any requests as he stated (He even posted it above you once again). LAD Posted October 31, 2008 Author Share Posted October 31, 2008 Happy Halloween ! I had to use a non cutscene for the zombie , he isn't an actual CS model that I could find . Here is Phil I just have them smoothed , after work tonite I will smooth Louise in shorts I think for the 3rd ped for the next release . Then on the weekend start on the rigging of all 3 models . Thanks for explaining things to those who do not even read the topic title fullmetal , but it will never end , just sit back and chuckle if you want . Flesh-n-Bone Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 The Smart Suit takes time to unlock in the game as you must do all the empire side missions. But the pastel suit is unlocked after the zombie mission as you unlock the second island. Pastel is more likely to come out. VCS has some of the best outfits in total. FullMetal Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 Man, the Phil Collins model is actually really detailed & realistic (When smoothed ofcourse... what a huge difference between this model and the 'actual ingame' one!). Still, someone who knows how to skin very well should redo the skins... improve quality & resolution. Let's hope someone pops up. I almost did both Cut scene Phil's , I will leave the jacket version for the next mix pack of peds[ there will be 3 more Vics after this pack , yes the suits ....] . I simply resize the texture to 2048 or 1024 , then apply a despeckle effect , then shrink it back down to double the original size . He has already said he'll do a few more Vic outfits and they might be suits, so Pastel is there for sure. When to do it? He does it whenever he feels for it. LAD Posted November 1, 2008 Author Share Posted November 1, 2008 Here is Louise "MD" [my def/medium def , haha ] in game ; Mostly 512x512 files in the txd , makes for a large txd , as 32 bit images , One could convert to smaller with minimal loss of quality but , why take a loss? Just my opinion . Like I have stated in the past this is all at my pace . The pack after this one will have Vic suits . Now on to the Zombie ,on top of the natural model , I think I will make a version with no left arm . Maybe make a weapon of the bat as his missing left arm . Also the Zombie has one leg twisted sideways , I think I will leave it like that , with a zombie animation it would then look spot on , a version with hands outstreched could be good to [ his arms would never work then , always be in the almost choke a person position ].
