Let's not be too quick to get to the badlands & give those that want to do some 4-Star Gang Wars a chance to do that. Also, let's do the same as last round & give those that want to do some 4-Star Gang War playing the chance to do it without regard to the 3-turn wait rule. But lets wait one turn before taking another 4-Star Gang War turn, unless there's a restart.
