And Ive been looking for similar skilled pilots to have dog fights / chases / formation flying with. In real life Im a pilot. Been off work over the summer so spent 24/7 improving my helo skills!! Looking forward to this helo match on saturday if the organisers can add me as I'm deadly AIR to GROUND with the mini guns Been addicted to cops'n'crooks recently, needless to say I take every opportunity to fly my team mates in a makerick, helicopter gun ship style, and take down the Boss/crooks. Anyway, please add me if you want some flying fun in GTA4. grimoire2008 Posted January 3, 2009 Share Posted January 3, 2009 hey jetpilot, i added you to friends... for some reason it wasnt showing your request message along with one other person until last night not sure why. so im up for any annihilator carnage when your on. pretty cool you are an actual pilot, i would like to obtain a pilot license as a few family members have flown planes and helicopters as well as even an airstrip in their backyard back in the day when you could buy a plain for a few thousand bucks. but unfortunately, aircrafts arent cheap anymore and getting a pilot license for flying an aircraft is very expensive, and a helicopter even more. ;/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A monkey could get to rank 10 with that in about a week... It amazes me how many players I have played with who have rank 9 or 10 and cant even drive a car. That was never my intent, Tonksi got my blood boiling and it got the better of me. I played against a really good pilot today on xbox ( I wont reveal his name ) who was man enough to admit the choppers give an unfair advantage. Thats all I ever really wanted a pilot to tell me. Lets think like humans hear, you are up in the air and your bullets reach me but mine wont reach you. Tonksi, Lin, Charger, Jetpilot will kick my ass everytime because of this. That is the reason I use autoaim, If I am able to lock onto one of you guys and you are circling to fast for my bullets to get you, at least they get to your chopper. You guys talk like its a fair fight and its not. I wanna remain friends with all you guys so lets just clear the air. Tonksi I will play against you to settle things with auto aim off if you like. You will probably win but thats ok. I just find it frustrating trying to kill someone with aa off. I have gotten many kills just waving the icon around someguy who is worse than me and getting a kill. I dont see how that takes any more skill than aa on. They both require skill in my opinion. They both require skill in my opinion. lol funny.... i know all the REALLY good xbox pilots. and none of the really good ones think its an unfair advantage... it is in a 1 on 1 obviously, but not in a team game (where it gets used). no offence but ive told you like a thousand times that all you have to do is use a sniper.... if you look closely at the video i made.... personally for you gus playing in order to give you some ideas (and trust me not a lot of pilots would shout out about how to combat us) fact is if you were to be any descent at shooting at all with the sniper, in a group of 4 (also with snipers) you could take one out fairly easy. its like comparing an rpg to a pistol, its going to happen and yer it will feel unfair... you just have to change the way you play to combat it. the fact you fail to mention his name suggests that it never really happened.... but if you do pm me the guys name id be glad to play against him and see what hes like (even though i will probably already know the guy) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Which if we have snipers only with blips on team only we can all be spread out and targeting the choppers as soon as we respawn. Anybody else like those rules. I "kind of" got the circling thing down but whenever I went to nose down and fire, my whole pattern got retarded. Guess it just takes practice but damn, it sure ain't easy!
