Seachmall
Whats the most unussual hobby you enjoy doing, something that you wouldn't generally hear about. I'm not very athletic so I pick up random sh*t all the time, heres a list of stuff I do or have done in the past. Learn to count cards. Learn magic, extreme card manipulation and how to cheat at cards. Learn to hack websites (which stemmed into programming which is currently my main intrest and something I intend to do in college). Learn to grow pot (don't ask). Learn lighter/zippo tricks. Learn to solve rubiks cubes. Learn to make simple explosives (for pranks and what-not). Learn to make fake-ids (never actually made one, just read about the subject). And my current one is learning to lock pick. Most of these have no real benefit except for party-tricks but are always things that interested me so I gave them a go and most turned out well. So what are the most random hobbies you have and skills you've picked up? Any particular reason you needed them or were you just bored at the time? Machida
Being a Scotsman the most obscure hobby I have would be sowboarding, although I haven't done it in a few years. Other than that I'm costantly being rejected by Eva Longoria lookalikes, that's becomming a bit of a hobby.

Vince_ThePhoenix
- Personal Speaking: It might be in a debating club. - Reading good books with present abstract ideas. - Writing (where you have feedback), it might be your own blog, a wikiproject like citizendium or a student newspaper. In addition the job you want to take after school is also the one that could lead to a hobby.

Mad Tony
I collect license plates. I'm hoping to get at least one plate from all 50 states. Nobody I know does this and most of my friends laugh at this but I enjoy it.
Torcidas
I really like solving Rubiks cubes. I have a 3x3, a 5x5, and a 7x7, with the Professors (5x5) being my favorite to solve, as it doesn't take too long, but it's not that quick.

For pleasure/exercise. - I like finding some of my old PS1/2 games and making a new save file. Then playing them until completion, I'm doing Gran Turismo 2 atm. - I also have a few cats. It's fun being with them and stuff.
flicko
Whenever I'm not working and have time, I go on the ps2 to go play on Vice city. Ever since it came out I've been hooked. Competed for records and fastest times, acheived everything you can on the game and used to regularly go on the internet looking for secrets and random stuff to do with the game. I'm actually playing it as I type. And I've completed it 100% 17 times, each one trying to be quicker than the last. If I hadn't played VC, I wouldn't be registered on here. Roadkill1975
Wow! This is a pretty cool topic for a change! Let's see here... I collect vintage video game stuff ~ Dreamcast & Genesis mostly. I have a killer Pac-Man collection. Records, glasses, pencil bags, watch with built-in game and joystick, mugs, books, 2600 & 5200 games, keychains, pencils, erasers, etc, etc, etc... I collect vinyl records & 8-track tapes. I have a massive collection of keychains from all over the world. For some reason or another I bought a non-working Furby at Goodwill a year ago and I fixed it. Since then I have found lots of non-working Furbys at thrift stores and yard sales that I buy for less than $1 each and I fix them. I have no idea why I do that. I have always had an interesting collection of autographs but never had a decent place to display them. In the past few months I have been matting and framing them and hanging them up on the same wall, beside each other. So far it is looking interesting. Mean Gene Okerlund autographed picture right beside a House of Pain autographed group shot. More to come. I buy all kinds of weird electronic devices and either fix them or try to make them do things they weren't designed to do. I really enjoy this. hick
* Songwriting. * Computer deisgn e.g. Photoshop, 3ds Max, Flash. * I'm interested in architecture especially achitecture from the art deco/ streamline moderne period. * I'm very interested in The Beatles and the whole 1960's Mersey beat scene. * Card and poker chip flourishes. * I used to play alot of GTA and other games but now i really don't get anything out of it which is pretty stupid considering my career will be in games design. * I was an admin on a site i'd prefer not to mention the name of because it is universally hated here by almost everyone however i left because of the owners attitude towards the staff. * I keep an empty bottle of each brand of whisky that i buy. Maleficus
I collect flags from every country I visit. I've got a modest collection so far, still need to buy a Turkish flag, as well as a Liechtensteinian flag and a Costa Rican flag. Just spaced out picking them up when I was in the country, I guess. Probably the most unusual hobby I have, I'm pretty run-of-the-mill. Girish
Does sex count as a hobby? If not, then I guess I'm without any specific hobby. All that I have ever had in my life is girls, computer games and internet. If someone considers even one of these as a hobby, then I'm good.
