This guy is claiming to have made these mods himself when I know for a fact that these mods are made by several different users from these forums. He's even gone as far as changing the ReadMe files to his own and to credit himself.

Is there anything we can do to possibly take down his site full of uncredited(stolen) mods?

At first, I didn't see it. There are only a couple of mods where he/she says directly that they are made by him/herself. Although I would presume it is against the original owner's consent; as permission is first needed to do what he/she has done.

 

Also, this should be either moved to network support or locked; I have yet to see all the pages or read the ReadMe files yet though.

Yeah, he didn't write he's creator of the mod everywhere. But he even removed credits from ENBseries mod. And I found 3 mods stolen that are made by me. And of course, I found more mods made by people I know here on gtaforums.

there is a way to take it down by useing D.O.S

but the take down will only be temporary for 5 mins

or you can burn out the host with bots, but freewebs will call the FBI on you if they do find were the bots are coming from
