Good Deal, I was worried they might disappear after so much time has passed but if that works, I'll totally do it. ~ Studio: Q-13 Lounge / Q:13 Warrior Tunes / Interweb Chex Mix, yo.~
Voodoo
Yeah, weapons are safe there. You'll be leaving Detroit though, so it's not going to do you a lot of good until you get back. I originally tried to hoard weapons the first time through, but found out as I progressed that it's really not that type of game. I barely fired a shot other than for bosses from Heng Sha forward. Sneaking through and performing takedowns is just so much more rewarding in this game. I'm doing all non-lethal now for my second. If you are into shooting, there will be plenty of ammo and weapons to pick up along the way.
meta187
I've been doing all nonlethal takedowns with civilians, bodyguards, gang members and police officers up until I reached the first factory. Then I started killing people as I saw the mercs as the people actually responsible for the first attack and killing off my co-workers and such. Just arrived in China so it's back to non-lethal. ~ Studio: Q-13 Lounge / Q:13 Warrior Tunes / Interweb Chex Mix, yo.~
Creed Bratton
Did you guys change the control layout on PC version? I don't like using MM button for anything so I changed the layout slightly. This is what I did to make controls a bit more intuitive (at least for me) Q = cover F = takedown RMB = iron sights Alt = Typhoon

I've mainly been using the tranquilizer rifle, though the fully-upgraded silenced pistol is very effective. Stealth, especially on "Give me Deus Ex", trumps guns-blazing any day. There's actually an achievement for completing the game and only killing the bosses.

Hah... I did the exact same thing. When I saw the mercs, I just felt this rage inside me that made me think - 'No, these guys need to die'. I love how the game really gets you to empathise with Adam... the combination of the story and atmosphere really draws me into it all. Brilliant so far! Creed Bratton
FOREVER ALONE! Anyway. I feel like a retard. This has never happened to me in an RPG game. I failed to save Malik on my first playthrough. I thought it can't be done so I didn't reload the save. I thought it was a scripted sequence. And now I hear it isn't. Good thing I already started my second playthrough. This time no mistakes. And I'm playing on Give me Deus Ex with all the help from Gameplay options disabled. papanesta
So I've been stocking weapons at my apartment, anybody else having issues with them disappearing into the floor when you pick others up? Sorry if this has been mentioned, trying to avoid spoilers. I haven't noticed any weapons disappearing just yet but I have had to reload a few areas once or twice as quest givers have completely vanished leaving nothing but the X icon where they should be. Save often, to avoid issues. ~ Studio: Q-13 Lounge / Q:13 Warrior Tunes / Interweb Chex Mix, yo.~

pyramid head
Ok, someone tell me what the f*ck? Goomba party. Haven't encountered any glitches yet If anyone is having trouble getting the balls trophy try this it works better than throwing the ball at the net and hoping it will go in, the ball tends to fly all over the place when you throw it at the net. Pick up one of the nearby dumpsters once you have the lift heavy objects augment and place it near but not directly under the net then put a barrel on top of the dumpster then but the ball on the dumpster, jump on the dumpster then the barrel pick up the ball then drop it in the net and the trophy is yours. http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps3/944088-deus-ex...wers?qid=291459
meta187
If anyone is having trouble getting the balls trophy try this That seems like a good technique, I had no idea it was a trophy/achievement. I took about 10 shots and gave up as it seemed to be flying all over the place. ~ Studio: Q-13 Lounge / Q:13 Warrior Tunes / Interweb Chex Mix, yo.~

Release ball when above net. Done. Worked first time for me.
