I think the PS3 itself has a great image, but take off the stabilization function in the GTA4 menu and it shimmers and bounces wildly... so I have no doubt there will be an improvement there, for sure. Sure, there'd be some differences between brightness, sharpness, colour and things of that nature, but otherwise, graphics is graphics. (you can even set it forced, throught your graphics drivers) The jaggies hurt my eyes! Ok, not that bad, but it would've been a bit better.
