Glitch or Easteregg

ok so this happened to me on a Teamdeathmatch In the prison this dude shot me when I was running to the health pack the brief said that he shot me but I didn't die I was knocked out the, also the black and white animation came and then it came back to normal once I grabbed the health pack my character was on the floor like...when you beat up a civillian in single player and doesn't die anyways he then slowly standed up like if he was hurt and then some dumbass shot me.Has this happened to anybody?If yeah let me know,Is this a glitch or an easteregg?Or did I return from death?...LOL

I think it was just lag or something.

 

 

I've been shot as I was running for health many times, and more than once my dead body has skidded or fallen onto the health pack. Once the screen turns black and white you're dead. You just fall through it.

yeah I dont know how that happenned but I standed up like a beat up civillian I'll try that again its hard and rare to do but it happenned also hard to explain I couldn't move fast when he standed up.!!!!!!!!!!!WEIRD!!!!!!!!!!!

I jumped off of a big building that would kill you but I landed on a health pack and got back up with FULL health.

This happened to my friend. We were screwing around in party mode, however we never left the casino because we kept killing each other. Anyway, I ran him over with the Comet. It said I killed him, but he hit the health pack, before being crushed into a wall, where a second kill message came up.
