GTAPlay4fun
Can anyone recomend me a program that could give me the ability to individually control how much bandwidth my programs use or reserve bandwidth?

Slamman
I think PC Pitstop has an online utility, but I was shown it one time and not in the habit of using it.
TwoZero
I think PC Pitstop has an online utility, but I was shown it one time and not in the habit of using it. How on earth would a website with an online utility be able to manage the bandwidth of applications on your computer? The only thing I see there is a bandwidth speed test, not at all what this person wanted. Try reading a post before replying to it. Like Segosa said, Netlimiter is the way to go. Slamman
Manage isn't the word, detect and report... I believe. My bad. Still, a handy utility to check your connect speeds
