What I want to know is where are good areas to start Gang Wars. I'm not talking about gangs vs. cops, only gangs vs. gangs. If so, which two gangs and where will they fight? thanks. On the border of Little Italy and Chinatown are the LC Commission Vs. Triads. The best way to start a gang war is to get Dwayne's boys to back you up, just fire a single shot and sit back and watch the gang war. Note: If the cops get involved, simply turn on the "Wanted Level Down" cheat and watch 4 different sides kill each other. EDIT: You can also start gang wars in areas where 2 gangs control the same 'hood. I think there are 2 'hoods that are controlled by 2 gang.
