When I open with IMG Tool - and then People please, help me, I havent made any backups of GTA3.img file, I dont want to install all these mods... I have latest imgtool and ALCI's img editor, I always was opening with them and one day I wanted to open and nothing. When I open with ALCI's img edit., he's loading something, but then nothing, like gta3.img is empty... P.S. Game also crashes. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's caused by rebuilding, I had the same problem, unfortunately, probably Your gta3.img is broken, so you'll have to reinstall Your game... But... You can try to open it by G-IMG made by REspawn, I'm using this tool for rebuilding, because in IMG tool or alci's, rebuilding don't work (I have about 2,5 gb gta3.img size), cause much about finishing, an error appears, and then gta3.img f*cks up.. PS. the DIR file in SA is in gta3.img... (in opposite to GTA 3, where Dir file was as other file) And that's because it shows that it can't find DIR file, your gta3.img is too big, and when you tried to rebuild it, DIR fille corrupted itself.. (because of rebuilding by one of those programs) Or something like that. If you didn't rebuild it.. I have no idea. Yes, this bull sh*t happened after rebuilding the archive couple of times, but thanks for your answer, I will try some of your ideas, I hope I will fix my gta3.img.
