Deuce Deuce
Hands up if you regret skiving as much as you did. *raises hand My results: Music - B English - C English Lit - D Maths - D Art - D Science - E Religious - F I.C.T. - 1 Merit, 2 Passes (equals to one B and two C's) Games - I never went to it, so N/A As for DT, I dropped out. Lol. Still got into college though. I succeeded in the things I like most (music and ICT), so I'm fairly happy. Passed in English too, so I don't have to take side lessons in college. Jordy.
In my school, we're taking our GCSEs a year early. Is anyone else doing this? I think it's crap because we have less time to learn and go over things in class. We even had a mock exam recently and everyone (bar 2-3 nerds) got less than a C for Biology and Chemistry. We haven't had the other results back yet.
pizza guy
I recently got a OCR Level 2 in English Literacy. Which is equivalent to GCSE English A* - C. 10 years after getting E at school.

greebo-man
I got mine coming up and as of now i have done no revision. I got 5 A*s in my mock exams, but if anything that did me a bit of a disservice cause i've been coasting from since before xmas... Easter now, might as well get some revision done... At the beginning of year 11 it looked as though the whole thing was a bit of a failure since a majority of the year f*cked up getting around 3 to 4 A-Cs the year before. However in my opinion performing terribly in year 10 was a blessing in disguise, a majority of the year got their arses into gear in year 11 because they knew exactly how sh*t it felt to do that bad. I ended up getting 11 A-Cs.
Cursed
I'm in Year 9 and have been predicted all A's. I've got my first GCSE exam in May.
logob
I passed all of my GCSE's. I got C's and B's, not a single A. @Cursed: You're in Year 9 and you're already taking your GCSE's!? I thought you took your GCSE's in Year 11? I know I did.
Lethal Nizzle
I have my Biology, Physics and Chemistry Core exams this year, as well as two Maths exams. I also have a History exam, but it's not modular. I have two weeks off due to Easter, so I'm going to put some revision down and coursework. Yet I'm not getting any study leave this year (Year 10), which frankly, sucks.

Doing a BCS GCSE in May, we do a French and German FCSE, and we were going to do the maths GCSE, but I think that's been cancelled.
okei
I ended up with a C in my science exam but my coursework was absolutely terrible. I think I got an E in my English language exam and not one person in my class got a C (we did it earlier than the other people and we aren't actually able get any more than a C in English, Maths and Science because we're in the B band (the range of classes for students with sub-standard IQs ). I'm doing my maths exam after Easter and I expect myself to get a really crappy grade since I was forgot the damn word a G. I can't remember the grades I got for my option subjects. Cursed
forgot the damn word a G Predicted a G? That doesn't really matter, if you tried you could get better, like with my Predicted A's, I could give up and get U's
Quick Stop
I did sh*te in my GCSE's, being honest i couldnt give a toss either cause things have worked out great for me. Quick Stop
Being honest im not exactly proud i did sh*t in my exams nor am i bothered about it, i ended up with 2 B's (English Language + English Literature) and the rest where D's. I knew i was going to do good on my English because i spend a fair bit of my life on internet forums, obviously helps with grammar, punctuation etc. The rest i just couldnt be arsed revising for. Didnt do too bad for myself though, now doing a Diploma in Joinery and business studies, more or less my ticket to living in a different country at some point in the future. ?!=+_-
I did terrible in my gcse's back in the year 2007 because I simply just did not care, I got D's and E's and now 1 and a half years later I still don't care because I won't need them good results in future anyway. Quick Stop
You never know though Marco, there is good arguments for and against the subject though. I know a guy with no qualifications and yet he has a business worth a good few million, a girl i know has a degree in criminology and law, she is currently working in tesco's. ?!=+_-
The thing is you can just go to college after and get the results you need because I had the oppurtuntiy to do and learn lots of things at college and be whatever I wanted but I never in the end and just got a job but I'm happy anyway.
