I blew my bike up and had one of those dry areas where you cant find a single freakin' car until you leave the area. So I ran up and got in it and rode it over to Algonquin. I've gotten 1 star wanted levels for entering the train, or as the dispacher calls it "attempting to steal a car"... It's happened several times, and can be annoying after while. Yes I have ridden a cable car, twice. Nothing happened. But I will say that due to the other folks who share your experience, I take back you being a liar and now I think it's just a little bug.
